Is there a number of photos that can loaded onto the pigeon frame? I can no longer add pictures.

The Frame itself can hold about 1300 pictures. More can be stored in the archive.

      Hi Diana,

Sometimes the frames can lose their WiFi connections. Could you try restarting the frame & the wireless router to see if it reconnects. Also if your WiFi password has changed it will need to be re-entered into the frame.

Can you use the frame without a continuous internet connection? We want to load photos onto the frame and then give the frame as a gift. We will be able to get a connection every month or so so the pictures could change then….will that work?

The frame does display whatever pictures it has locally without an internet connection. Once it is set up it will just cycle through whatever pictures it has stored locally. After it gets a internet connection it will sync up with the latest pictures that were added and remove any pictures that were deleted.

My daughter bought this for me. She sends pics of my grandson. Love it. I would like to add a person t to send photos. The instructions say to scan the code or enter the numerical code from the photo frame. I can find no such codes. Help

      Hi Kelly,

You can have your daughter send an invitation to the person you’d like to add using the Pigeon app on her phone/tablet. She is most likely the administrator of your frame. If you need some more help please send us an email at contact@pigeonframe.com so we can get you a reply sooner.

      Keith
